How to export the report from your practice software
- Open Dental: Reports → Outstanding Insurance Claims, then export.
- Dentrix: the Insurance Aging Report, exported to CSV or Excel.
- Eaglesoft and others: look for an "Outstanding Insurance Claims" or "Insurance Aging" report and export it to CSV or Excel (then save as CSV).
- Any CSV works if it has columns for patient (or chart id), insurer, date of service, procedure, amount and status/reason. Menu names vary by version.
